The state Government to play a major role in the successful implementation of National Apprentice Promotion Scheme.
Under National Apprentice Promotion Scheme, 23,000 private companies are engaged in the apprenticeship across the country at present.
The Government of India has put a target of the enrolment 5 lakh apprenticeship all around the country during the financial year 2016-17.
The scheme aims to encourage state government to ensure that more corporates or private companies provide entrepreneurship trainings.
The Government aims to promote Apprentice in the country by providing training to the youth and promoting ‘Skill India’ mission.
