Tejinder Pal Singh Toor is an Indian Shot Puller. TejinderPalSingh born in Moga, Punjab on 13th November 1994.

Tejinder Pal Singh Toor initially started with discus throw, before following in his uncle’s footsteps. He turned out to be a natural.

Since childhood, Tejinder Pal Singh Toor wanted to be a cricketer but on his father’s encouragement, he took up the shot put. 

Tajinder Pal Singh Toor set a new Games Record National Record to clinch the gold medal in the men's shot put event at the 18th Asian Games on 25th August 2018.

Tejinder Pal Singh Toor holds the outdoor national record of 20.75m. Tejinder Pal Singh breaks the games record and national record on 25th August 2018 at 2018 Asian Games Jakarta Palemberg.

In June 2017 Tejinder Pal Singh Toor recorded his personal best outdoor throw of 20.40m at the Federation Cup National  Senior Athletes Championship in Patiyala.

Tajinder Pal Singh Toor won the silver medal at the 2017 Asian Athletics Championships in Bhubaneswar with a throw of 19.77m, missing out on the gold medal by 0.03m.

Tajinder Pal Singh Toor joined the Indian navy in 2015.

Tajinder Pal Singh Toor finished eighth in the final of the 2018 Commonwealth Games with a throw of 19.42m.
