The Vodafone customers can simply visit at the nearest Vodafone M-Pesa outlet and withdraw the cash.
The person need to deposit an identity proof at the time of withdrawal of cash as per Reserve Bank of India guidelines.
Total 1,20,000 Vodfone M-Pesa outlets has been established to help customers that need not stand in long queues outside the ATM for cash withdrawal.
Out of these total outlets, 60% of these are established at rural parts of the country so that people can use this unique facility of withdrawing cash.
Vodafone M-Pesa can also be used to shop online, payment of bills and transfer money to others.
