Odisha adopts Facebook campaign #SheMeansBusiness for Women empowerment
Naveen Patnaik (who is chief minister of Odisha) launched a Facebook program named #SheMeansBussiness for women entrepreneurs who build and run their business online in the state on 10th August 2017.
The program launched in partnership with Odisha's Micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) Department and project mission Shakti.
The She Means Bussines facebook program has been launched in 16 countries across the world including India.
The State Government's Partnership with Facebook aims to reduce the digital divide.
This is the best Program for those entrepreneurs women who want to their aspiration turns into reality. Aspiring women can establish their entrepreneurs to build and grow their business online easily.
Special Features of the Program SheMeansBussines
Around 25000 women and Self-help Group members will get training on Digital marketing skill Under the Scheme by the end of 2018.
The training will involve the teaching of basic nuances of digital marketing like how to start your business on Facebook, how to make it real time business, how to give the quick response to queries and ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
The social media platform program will be monitoring the growth of the MSMEs in Odisha After Imparting training to them in the next one year.
It will also prepare a data base of the MSMEs through registration in which they would be taking down the email IDs and The mobile phone numbers of entrepreneurs in all the workshop.
