Banks in India conducts around 8-10 cr transactions in 1st 3 days
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley tells to media about around 8-10 crore transactions in Banks with 2 lakh crore amount deposit in Bank Accounts in first three days of operation after note ban
After the ban of 500 and 1000 note denomination, people are depositing money with the banks in huge amount.
As per the records till now all the banks from the country have conducted 8-10 crore transactions for withdrawing and depositing the money.
State Bank of India has conducted 2 crore 28 lakh transactions all over the country
Finance Minister stated that till now 2 lakh crore money has been deposited by the citizens of the country.
Arun Jaitley believes that the range of this transactions can go till 20-30 crore till 30th December 2016.
Finance Minister stated that he feels very happy to know that people are working hard standing in the queues for 5-6 hours.
