India enters Guinness World record for 1100 kg Khichdi at India Gate, Delhi

 

 

India about to enter Guinness World record for cooking 1,100 kg khichdi in New Delhi at India Gate during World Food India Expo 2017

New Delhi, ongoing International food festival World Food India 2017 made a Guinness World record for making 1,100k. khichadi at India Gate in New Delhi.

More than 200 chefs cooked the delicious dish khichadi under the monitoring the event the famous Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, who is the brand Ambassador for World Food India 2017.

During the event of the international food festival, Guinness book officer also presents on the occasion.

Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal along with Baba Ramdev contributed their efforts in preparing khichdi at the food festival event.

Earlier Union Minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti along with chefs Imtiaz Qureshi and Ranveer Brar also helped in the cooking of khichadi.

The prepared khichdi distributed to around 60, 000 orphan children and guests, present at the event. the cooked dish along with the recipe also served to the heads of Foreign Mission in India.
