The fix term appointment refers to the tenure of workers and their remuneration as per the labour laws.
The tenure of the workers will be fixed and as per the contract, it will automatically be terminated after the expiry of the period.
The working conditions, remuneration, working hours etc. would be at par with the permanent workmen.
