The Union government has allocated Rs.72000 crores for (MGNREGA) scheme in 2021-22.
*MGNREGA scheme was officially launched in 2 February 2006 and the act was passed on 23 August 2005.
*As of 11th February 2021; 708 districts are covered under this scheme.
