Indian Railways: Ramayana Express take off on 14th November from Delhi to Sri Lanka

 

 

On November 14 Shri Ramayana Express launched by IRCTC Indian Railway

On Nov 14 covering four important destinations associated with the life of Lord Rama in a 16 days tour packages spread over India and Srilanka ministry of railways will run special tourist train Shri Ramayana Express.

Sri Lanka -the pilgrimage circuit will have two travel components one each in India and Sri Lanka.

From Delhi, the train will make its first stops in Ayodhya followed by Hanuman Garhi Ramkot and Kanak Bhawan temple.

The train will cover important destination of Ramayana circuit Nandigram, Sitamarhi, Janakpuri, Varanasi, Prayag, Shringverpur, Chitrakoot, Nasik, Hampi, and Rameshwaram.

As per IRCTC Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation, the tour package will cover all meals, accommodation and wash, change facilities in Dharamshala, all transfer dedicated tour manager of IRCTC who will travel with the tourist during the entire tour.

The capacity of Ramayana Express have the overall capacity for 800 passengers and ticket have been priced Rs. 15,120per person .

The 5night and 6days Sri Lanka tour package will cost rs 36,970 per person and tour package will cover destination like Kandy, Nuwara, Eliya, Colombo, and Negombo.
