In the year 2005, UNESCO General Conference decided to celebrate every year 3rd Thursday of November to highlight the importance of philosophy in cultures, communities across the globe.
World Philosophy Day has the aim to underline the importance of teaching the goodness of Philosophy to the future generations.
UNESCO commitment towards spreading the message across the globe for the noble cause of philosophy in academics and cultures serving its purpose from the day of its inception in the year 2005.
Philosophy has the great role in Education, Culture and all streams of academia. It helps humanity to learn the meaning of explored knowledge the way it is beneficial to the humanity and the human cause.
