Indian Air Force (IAF) fighter pilot Flight Lieutenant Shivangi Singh is selected as the first female fighter pilot for front line combat aircraft Rafael. Shivangi Singh belongs to Varanasi and she completed her studies from Benaras Hindu University (BHU). Shivangi Singh belongs to the second batch of female fighter pilots taking entry in the female fighter pilot in IAF in 2017.
Rafael air crafts are one of the best front line fighter plane developed by Dassault France company. In India, the First five Rafael Fighter Air Crafts are part of the prestigious 17 Golden Arrows Squadron.
