India’s first chat-based job search mobile app 'Empzilla' has launched which will enable quick, easy and affordable communication process between jobs seekers and employers.
The Empzilla mobile app was developed considering PM Narendra Modi initiative of Digital India.
The Empzilla mobile app will ensure job seekers and recruiters chatting process directly and in seconds.
The Empzilla mobile app will help employers to expand their pool of required candidates with relevant and filtered list of desired candidates instantly.
The Empzilla, Chairman, Akash Attray informed that the ‘Geolocation’ feature of the app will help in identifying the exact distance between the hiring venue and the candidate registered location.
Akash Attray further added ‘Empzilla App’ will also help the HRD department get rid of excessive mails and allow them to review the candidate's profile in the app itself rather than downloading the resume in detail. The candidate receives the notification at every step from ‘application viewed’ to ‘application in review’ further ‘shortlisted’ till ‘interview invite’.
The Empzilla mobile app can easily be downloaded free of cost from Google Play store.
