Pakistan successfully conducts the trial of nuclear-capable Ghaznavi Missile: Details, Features, Capacity

Pakistan has successfully conducted the test-firing of the nuclear-capable surface-to-surface ballistic missile Ghaznavi from Sonmiani test range near Karachi on 29th August 2019.

This surface to surface ballistic missile Hatf-III Ghaznavi is capable of delivering different types of warheads including nuclear and conventional up to a range of 290 km.

Ghaznavi missile a short-range surface-to-surface ballistic missile an after its successful launch, it will join Pakistan's Ghauri and Shaheen series of medium-range ballistic missiles. Shaheen III has the longest range of 2,750 km. 

India's Shaurya missile

Like to Pakistan, the Indian Army is also developing a short-range surface-to-surface ballistic missile.

Shaurya missile is capable of carrying different types of warhead including both nuclear and conventional up to 1 tonne and has a range of 600km.
