Veteran Indian Star All-Rounder Cricketer Yuvraj Singh on 10th June 2019 announced retirement from international cricket in all formats.

Yuvraj Singh with his splashing career proved himself as a hero of India’s 2011 World Cup victory and for defeating a dangerous battle of cancer.

On the announcement in the press, Yuvraj Singh said “After 25 years, I have decided to move on. Cricket has given me everything and is the reason why I stand here today”. “I was extremely lucky to play 400 games for India. I could have never imagined it when I first started playing cricket,” he added.

Yuvraj Singh has a record of hitting 6 sixes in 1 over in T20Is or in any format of International cricket.

Yuvraj Singh born on 12th December 1981 (37 years old) in Chandigarh, Punjab-India. He was an experienced middle order All-rounder player who bats left-handed and bowls left-arm orthodox. His position in India was a batting all-rounder.

Yuvraj Singh also plays in Saurashtra,  India U19, Board Presidents XI, Kochi Tuskers Kerala, India B, Indians, India A, India Blue, Rest of India and in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), and Mumbai Indians (MI) as a All-Rounder.

Yuvraj Singh Career

Yuvraj Singh till the date of his retirement had played  40 Tests, 304 ODIs and 58 T20Is matches for Indian national team.

Yuvraj Singh has a stunning record of 1900 Test runs, 8701 ODIs runs and 1177 T20Is runs and 2750 runs in IPL cricket. 

Yuvraj Singh so far has taken 9 test wickets, 111 ODIs wickets 28 wickets in T20Is and 36 IPL cricket.

Yuvraj Singh made his Test debut on 16th October 2003 against New Zealand and last Test on 5th December 2012 against England.

Yuvraj Singh made his ODIs debut on 3 October 2000 against Kenya and last ODI on 30th June 2017 against West Indies. 

Yuvraj Singh made T20Is debut on 10th February 2007 Vs Scotland and last T20I on 1st February 2017 against England.
